Short Films of Monica’s Work and About Dalcroze

Ring Time was commissioned by Jean Middlemiss from Sally Beamish for the centenary celebrations of Dalcroze UK. It was premièred in Glasgow on 27th October 2016. This 30 minute film documents the process and includes interviews with the composer, commissioner, musicians, dancers and others. The legacy of the project is the Ring Time Education Pack which includes a rehearsal recording of the music and ideas for future projects. To find out more about this free resource, contact Monica.

This short film gives a flavour of Scottish Opera's Spinning Songs pilot project. Monica and singer Andrew MacTaggart brought together 4 year olds, 8 years olds and care home residents through song and movement.
